DTV is a special type of tourist visa designed for those planning to engage in “Thai Soft Power” activities. Below are its characteristics:

Obtainable From: A Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate or online through Thailand’s official e-visa website (cannot apply while in Thailand)

Minimum Age for Primary Visa Holder: 20 years old

Thai dance course at Sri Thepa is recommended as a Thai Soft Power activity for DTV applying.

Simply use the registration form to apply for it.

Meanwhile you prepare for the other documents for the Thai embassy/consulate.

Sri Thepa will issue a letter of acceptance and send it to you to use with the other documents.

Please be sure you can prepare all the documents before apply for the course. If your visa is not approved by the Embassy/Consulate, you can ask for the refund of 90% of the amount you have paid.

Once you have arrived in Thailand, please contact the school to set the class sessions.
Requirements:

Passport Biodata Page or Travel Document (Must be valid within 6 months from travel date)

Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months

Document indicating current location (driving license, bank statement, or proof of stay)

A copy of a recent saving or checking bank statement with an ending balance of no less than 500,000 THB or ($16,000 USD) that shows the applicant's name and date. In case of submitting a family bank statement, proof of relationship (i.e. birth certificate, marriage certificate) must be provided

Letter of acceptance from institute or company organizing activities (Sri Thepa School will prepare it for you.)
